As part of our sales team, you’ll play a key role in connecting our members with exclusive travel opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to current owners to introduce exclusive VIP event vacation packages
- Share exciting details about destinations, special events, and travel experiences
- Help owners secure discounted vacation packages while scheduling their member update presentation
- Build genuine rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Track bookings, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Stay informed on upcoming events, promotions, and travel offerings
Preferred Experience
- Sales or outbound calling experience, Vacation ownership, hospitality, or call center background
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to stay positive and motivated in a goal-driven environment
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.t
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, goal-oriented environment.
- Able to work evenings and weekends on occasions, based on business needs.
