VIP Manager (English)

IGTalents is an international recruitment agency specializing in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment for the global iGaming industry. We are currently supporting the launch of a new iGaming product for a Tier-1 European market and are looking for the first VIP Manager to join the team.
This is a unique opportunity to build VIP processes from scratch, work directly with high-value players, and grow together with a fast-scaling international product.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of VIP players and build long-term relationships.
Communicate with players via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Handle player requests related to payments, bonuses, and account issues.
Create and manage personalized bonuses and promotional offers.
Monitor player activity and identify retention opportunities.
Work with CRM and maintain accurate player data.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best VIP experience.
Requirements
1+ year of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming.
English level B2+ (both spoken and written).
Experience working with English-speaking players.
Experience with VIP bonuses and bonus mechanics.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems.
Analytical mindset will be an advantage.
