VIP Manager (English)

We are looking for:
From 1 year of experience in the position of support manager / VIP manager;
Level of knowledge of English — B2 and above;
Excellent communication skills;
Advanced knowledge in Excel. Ability to work with databases, pivot tables and other functions.
Personal qualities that will help you:
High level of professionalism to create trusting relationships with VIP clients;
Ability to demonstrate understanding of the clients' needs and desires as well as the ability to solve problems quickly;
Flexible respond to changes.
Responsibilities:
Regular communication with VIP-players — announcement of promotions and special offers, assistance in case of problems and questions, establishing trusting relationships by chats and calls;
Participation in the segmentation of VIP clients;
Participation in the coordination of the bonus grid for VIP clients;
Analysis and reporting on the activity of VIP clients;
Close cooperation with other departments (support, finance);
