🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth individuals (VIPs), professional traders, quantitative teams, asset management firms, trading communities, and copy-trading teams;
2️⃣ Identify client trading needs and drive initiatives to increase deposits, futures trading volume, and asset retention;
3️⃣ Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, providing them with customized trading solutions;
4️⃣ Collaborate with product, operations, and risk management teams to continuously optimize the trading experience for key clients;
5️⃣ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing market analysis and feedback on client needs.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ 2+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or VIP client management within the cryptocurrency industry;
2️⃣ Familiarity with digital asset trading markets, with a deep understanding of contract trading, quantitative trading, and wealth management products;
3️⃣ Extensive network of key clients, including—but not limited to—high-net-worth individuals, trading teams, institutional clients, KOLs, and community resources;
4️⃣ Excellent skills in business negotiation, client relationship management, and market expansion;
5️⃣ Goal-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
6️⃣ Proficiency in English and/or existing resources in overseas markets are preferred.
