🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Expand the client base of high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and channel partners to drive growth in the scale of wealth management products;
2️⃣ Introduce the platform’s wealth management products and yield schemes to clients, aiming to increase their asset allocation ratios;
3️⃣ Manage relationships with key wealth management clients to boost reinvestment rates and long-term client retention;
4️⃣ Assist in formulating product promotion strategies based on market conditions and client needs;
5️⃣ Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute exclusive events and incentive programs for major clients.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ 2+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or VIP client management within the cryptocurrency industry;
2️⃣ Familiarity with digital asset trading markets, with a deep understanding of contract trading, quantitative trading, and wealth management products;
3️⃣ Extensive network of key clients, including—but not limited to—high-net-worth individuals, trading teams, institutional clients, KOLs, and community resources;
4️⃣ Excellent skills in business negotiation, client relationship management, and market expansion;
5️⃣ Goal-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
6️⃣ Proficiency in English and/or existing resources in overseas markets are preferred.
