Virtual Assistant (Client Success & Growth Specialist)

We are an East Coast company seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and self-starting virtual assistant based in Colombia to join an elite vocal coaching and artist development brand that’s rapidly expanding. You must be within 2 hours of our time zone EST.

This is not your average assistant job — you'll be at the heart of the music business and transforming this company from a high-end coaching studio into a full-fledged marketing agency that has multiple vocal coaches under our brand. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and the drive to grow with a high-performing, creative team.

Your role will blend client communication, marketing, admin support, AI implementation, and some personal assistance — all with one goal: to scale revenue, simplify operations, and build systems that run without constant oversight.

You'll be working directly with a founder who has coached A-list celebrities, built six-figure programs, and now wants to empower other coaches while stepping into a visionary role. This is your chance to grow with a brand on the edge of something big.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication
Act as a concierge — handle texts, calls, and emails professionally and promptly to ensure a high-end, seamless client experience.

Google Ads Management
Manage and optimize a \$300/month Google Ads budget to drive more consult bookings, reduce cost per lead, and improve ROI.

Client Acquisition & Retention
Qualify leads, follow up with potential clients, maintain a waitlist, and convert prospects into paying students.

AI & Process Automation
Research, suggest, and implement AI tools and automations that drive revenue and save time.

Social Media Management
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — with a focus on turning visibility into consults and course sales.

Personal Task Management
Occasionally assist with personal admin tasks (e.g., calendar management, calling doctors’ offices) to free up the business owner’s time for high-impact activities.

Short-Term Vision
Help fill all private coaching spots and gather enough committed clients to launch high-value group vocal coaching classes.

Long-Term Vision
Help build scalable systems that support a vocal coach marketing agency model, including onboarding additional coaches under the brand and systematizing growth.

You must:

* Be highly proficient with ChatGPT and other generative AI tools.
* Be super tech-savvy and able to teach yourself new platforms quickly (e.g., MyMusicStaff.com).
* Take initiative to apply automation where it makes measurable business impact.
* Constantly bring new ideas to increase efficiency, improve lead gen, and elevate client experience.

Qualifications:

* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Familiarity with the American music industry.
* Proven experience with Google Ads, lead follow-up, and CRM.
* Social media savvy with content creation skills.
* Tech-forward mindset with strong AI/automation curiosity.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
* Able to document SOPs and create a training manual for future hires.
* Honest, self-managing, and results-focused.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: \$10/hour
Hours: 15–20 hours per week to start

Bonuses:
\$100/month when revenue hits 1st goal for 3 months.
\$200/month when revenue hits 2nd goal for 3 months.
Additional consistency bonuses for 3 months in a row of each target.

Note: Targets are realistic and updated quarterly.
