Virtual Assistant (RVA)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized VA to handle and grow our social media presence. This role focuses primarily on social media content creation, scheduling, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales and working knowledge of QuickBooks, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting business growth through social media.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts; create, schedule, and post content
• Engage with followers and respond to messages and comments
• Track and analyze social media performance to improve reach and engagement
• Support lead generation through social media campaigns
• Coordinate daily social media activities and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing
• Sales experience is required
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
