Engagement Overview
The Virtual Community Engagement Coordinator is the digital face of our community during live services. This role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment for all attendees, ensuring that every guest feels seen, heard, and spiritually supported in our virtual space.
Scope of Services
Guest Engagement: Actively engaging with guests in the live chat to foster community and answer general questions about the service.
Spiritual Support: Leading others in prayer in a chat setting, responding to prayer requests with compassion and biblical encouragement.
Digital Hospitality: Welcoming first-time visitors and providing guidance on how to get further connected with the church.
Brand Representation: Maintaining a professional and Christ-centered presence that aligns with the church's mission.
Professional Qualifications
Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth and empathy through text.
Comfortable utilizing digital platforms and chat interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
A heart for prayer and a commitment to the religious mission of Greater IMPACT Church.
Ability to remain focused and professional while representing the organization publicly.
