Virtual Customer Service for a Beverage Company in Austalia (Home Based Part Time)

• Triage and manage the Gmail inbox each morning

• Respond to customer enquiries in a casual, friendly and helpful tone

• Manage Shopify customer service enquiries

• Process approximately 20 draft orders per day

• Process orders and generate invoices through Xero

• Confirm order details and ETAs with customers

• Lodge orders with the 3PL warehouse and obtain tracking information

• Update tracking in Shopify and fulfil orders

• Follow up on delivery or order issues

• Send personalised customer thank-you emails

• Manage overdue invoice follow-ups using set templates and cadences

• Maintain accurate Xero records and invoice tracking spreadsheets

• Assist with monthly Container Deposit Scheme reporting

• Schedule and confirm calls and assist with calendar organisation

• Provide a brief daily update to the founder covering completed work, orders, customer matters, invoice follow-ups and anything requiring attention
