Remote Scouts is seeking experienced Virtual Legal Writers to support plaintiff-side law firms with pre-litigation legal drafting.

Prepare select complaints, case summaries, liability analyses, and damages narratives

Identify legally significant facts and develop persuasive plaintiff-focused narratives
Incorporate relevant statutes, case law, and legal research into written work product
Follow firm-specific templates, tone, formatting, and citation standards
Use active voice and persuasive storytelling to strengthen the client's position
Review and proofread documents for factual accuracy, legal terminology, organization, and consistency
Conduct legal research and verify citations using appropriate legal research platforms
Collaborate remotely with attorneys, paralegals, and case teams
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and case information
AI & Claude Proficiency

You should be comfortable with:
Advanced prompt construction and iterative prompting

Preventing AI hallucinations involving facts, dates, statutes, and case citations
