- Collaborate with different departments to support overall operational effectiveness.
- Assist in managing projects and contributing ideas for improvement.
- Engage with clients and team members via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Perform research and gather data to support projects and initiatives.
- Maintain an organized workspace and manage digital files and documents.
- Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality work.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
