Description
- A team player to coordinate with the team to meet Fab delivery requirement
- Set Line performance KPI target on the daily, weekly and monthly timeframe to meet delivery and target CT
- Drive Manufacturing team to achieve the KPIs such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear priority and directions
- Co-work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues
- Capability identified gaps/improvements in Fab capability vs planned capacity requirement, Wafer Start management to achieve and maintain Line linearity.
