What will your typical day look like?

Work you'll do

We are seeking a hands-on People Analytics professional with 5+ years of experience and deep Visier expertise to configure, develop, implement, and enhance workforce analytics solutions.

The successful candidate will translate business requirements into Visier solutions, configure the platform, troubleshoot issues, manage the delivery backlog, coordinate testing and releases, and drive work through completion.

The individual must be comfortable working independently in a complex organization, managing demanding stakeholders, challenging unclear requirements, and bringing strong project management and Agile discipline to delivery.

Specific Responsibilities:

Hands-on Visier Delivery

• Configure, develop, test, and enhance solutions within Visier.
• Translate business requirements into Visier metrics, analyses, dashboards, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and reporting issues and drive them through resolution.
• Perform data validation and partner with data and technology teams to resolve upstream issues.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Maintain configuration and solution documentation.

Project & Agile Delivery

• Own work from requirements through implementation.
• Create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, and releases as appropriate.
• Maintain RAID items, dependencies, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Identify issues early and proactively drive resolution.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, fact-based status reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Work directly with demanding senior business, HR, analytics, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Turn ambiguous requests into clear, actionable requirements.
• Push back constructively when requirements, priorities, or timelines are unrealistic.
• Manage competing priorities and drive stakeholders toward decisions.
• Clearly communicate risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and impacts.
• Demonstrate confidence working independently without needing significant management oversight.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, workforce analytics, HR technology, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on Visier development and configuration experience.
• Experience participating in or leading Visier implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently configure and troubleshoot Visier solutions rather than relying exclusively on vendors or developers.
• Excellent requirements gathering and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong Agile delivery discipline, including backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, prioritization, testing, and releases.
• Strong project management skills with disciplined management of milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Proven ability to work effectively with challenging stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving, matrixed organization.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise HR/HCM platforms and HR data.
• Strong understanding of workforce metrics, data quality, and analytics governance.
• Experience working with global organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Agile/Scrum or project management certification.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
