Vision Engineer (Software | Machine Control)
Summary
Develops and optimizes computer vision software for automated inspection and machine control systems using C++ and real-time image processing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software for high-performance, automated computer vision systems.
- Build responsive GUIs and multi-threaded applications that handle large datasets in real-time.
- Implement and optimize image processing and computer vision algorithms for inspection and automation.
- Collaborate across teams throughout the software development lifecycle prototyping, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
- PhD, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant software development experience.
- Senior roles available for candidates with experience in automation or semiconductor industries.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered at Associate Engineer level.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Visual Studio Development Environment.
- Experience in computer vision, image processing, or vision inspection systems.
- Familiarity with C# for GUI development is a plus.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning (AI) for defect classification is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
