Job Summary
Design and develop automated vision inspection systems and image processing algorithms to enhance semiconductor automation machines, while supporting product improvements and customer issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop PC-based automated vision inspection systems for semiconductor automation machines to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and implement image processing algorithms to support automated inspection functions
- Continuously improve existing and new products by analyzing performance and integrating enhancements
- Support fieldwork activities to upgrade systems and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
Required competencies and certifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
- 1-5 years of experience applying computer vision and image processing techniques in relevant projects
- Proficiency in C++ programming and Windows application development to build and maintain vision systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with 3D vision techniques to enhance inspection capabilities
- Skills in GUI design and computer graphics to improve user interface and visualization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams
