About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life across multiple touchpoints—from print materials to digital marketing assets. You’ll collaborate across departments to create visually engaging designs that captivate, inform, and inspire.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.
- Experience designing for social media, especially LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
- Create visually compelling print materials, including flyers, booklets, brochures, and booth displays.
- Design engaging graphics and layouts for social media platforms, with a particular focus on professional, high-impact LinkedIn posts.
- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
Email Design:
- Design and optimize visually appealing email templates that align with brand and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop email campaigns that balance strong visuals with strategic messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that drive results.
- Present and communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback throughout the creative process.
