Visual Designer
Summary
Remote (anywhere) Visual Designer at Minerva Knows, whose product lets anyone create clickable, step-by-step instructions embedded in a URL. The role centers on design for this SaaS product, with an emphasis on service-oriented, customer-focused communication.
Do you love the power of the internet to create seamless communication, but get frustrated by its current limitations? Are you a service oriented seller, with a passion for delivering high value, long term solutions?
At Minerva, we enable anyone to create clickable instructions for their customers. No screenshots. No red arrows. No screencap videos. Just step-by-step guidance, embedded in a URL.
Our Values
We take each of our core values seriously. If we break them, we break the company:
Accessibility
Community
Elegance
Trustworthiness
Service
Vision
The person leading Sales for Minerva should be able to listen and hear the real (sometimes non-obvious) needs of customers: quickly being able to identify when the paid features of Minerva are and are not a good fit.
