Visual Merchandiser

What You'll Do

As our Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning environments that elevate the Kesslers Diamonds brand and inspire our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, source, create, and install elegant in-store and window displays across multiple locations
• Travel regularly to stores throughout Wisconsin and Michigan to maintain and refresh displays
• Partner closely with Marketing and Operations to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches
• Create merchandising experiences that maximize the sparkle, beauty, and appeal of fine jewelry
• Conduct store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate rollout plans, timelines, and priorities for visual merchandising projects
• Manage display materials, fixtures, and inventory
• Serve as the primary liaison with our visual merchandising vendor
• Stay current on luxury retail trends, visual design concepts, and innovative merchandising techniques

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative thinker and organized executor.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury, specialty, or multi-location retail environments
• Strong design instincts and a passion for creating beautiful, engaging displays
• An understanding of luxury branding and customer experience
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to transport and install visual merchandising materials
• Regular travel between store locations
