Visual Merchandiser Company: Aref Abdul Sattar Textiles Pvt Ltd Job Location: Telangana, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2 - 4 years Salary: 8L9L a year Key Responsibilities Display Design & Execution Create and assemble visually compelling displays for windows, walkways, display counters, and key focal areas. Style mannequins, props, and textiles to tell a cohesive brand story. Execute VM briefs with precision, maintaining brand standards across all setups. Layout Planning Design and implement showroom floor layouts that optimize traffic flow, product visibility, and customer engagement. Collaborate with store teams and management on space planning and fixture placement. Product & Trend Management Plan and execute seasonal VM refreshes and new product launch displays. Stay current with fashion and retail VM trends to keep displays modern and aspirational. Work closely with the merchandising team to highlight hero products and promotional stories. Inventory & Maintenance Manage inventory of props, display materials, lighting, and visual assets. Ensure all displays are clean, safe, well-lit, and maintained to the highest standard. Required Skills & Qualifications 24 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail. Strong sense of colour, composition, aesthetics, and spatial design. Understanding of how VM drives commercial outcomes and sales performance. Excellent communication skills to present ideas and guide store staff. Physical stamina for hands-on display setups in varied environments. A portfolio demonstrating previous VM work is strongly preferred.
