Visual Merchandiser ([CCP-Retail Professionals and Associate]

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to enhance the visual presentation and shopping experience across our outdoor and sports retail brands.

The successful candidate will develop and implement engaging in-store displays,seasonal campaigns, and product presentations that reflect brand guidelines,attract customers, and support sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising displays, store layouts, window displays and promotional campaigns across retail outlets.
• Translate brand guidelines and seasonal campaign concepts into attractive and effective in-store presentations.
• Support product launches, new store openings and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain visual merchandising standards and identify improvements.
• Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Merchandising and Retail teams, as well as external suppliers and brand principals.
• Research retail trends, competitor displays and customer shopping behaviour to recommend new ideas.
• Monitor display effectiveness, manage visual merchandising materials and support budget planning.
• Develop visual merchandising guidelines and provide guidance to store teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in sports, fashion, lifestyle or retail.
• Strong creativity, aesthetic sense and understanding of colour, composition, space planning and product presentation.
• Good organisational, project management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or SketchUp is an advantage.
• Experience supporting multiple retail outlets or brands will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel between retail outlets in Singapore when required.
