Visual Merchandiser Intern

Visual Merchandising Execution

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives across all assigned stores
• Execute window displays, in-store focal points, mannequins, and product storytelling

Store Support & Coordination

• Work closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of VM guidelines
• Support store openings, renovations, and special projects

Campaign & Promotion Support

• Execute VM for product launches, promotions, and key retail moments (e.g. sales periods, festive campaigns)
• Coordinate VM set-ups for on-ground activations and pop-ups

Performance & Reporting

• Compile VM execution quality and provide feedback to stores
• Provide general administrative support to leadership to optimize day to day team efficiency

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong eye for visual presentation, styling, and detail
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and commercial VM principles
• Willing to learn, hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to read and execute VM guidelines and planograms
• Knowledge of fashion/sports retail trends is an advantag
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
