Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, product performance, and business trends to identify opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and communicate findings clearly across the organization.

Scope:

• Analyze product, user, and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to monitor business performance.
• Support Product, Marketing, and Feature teams with data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Investigate business questions and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Perform data validation to ensure analysis accuracy and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand business questions and analytical needs.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights and business opportunities.
• Present findings clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Interpret data and provide practical recommendations that influence product and business decisions.
• Validate data quality and investigate anomalies or unexpected metric changes.
• Integrate multiple data sources to provide comprehensive business analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards using BI tools.
