Window Display Design
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Create design illustrations, mood boards, and presentation decks.
Develop prototypes at Head Office and Regional level.
Prepare initial cost and budget estimates.
Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate regional prototype development and implementation.
Prepare production-ready artwork and technical files.
Finalize styling elements, props, and product placement.
Create execution dockets with complete installation details.
Brief internal VM teams, vendors, and fabricators.
Conduct quality checks before dispatch and installation.
Organize window photoshoots for documentation.

In-Store Communication (ISC)
Design communication artwork including:
Posters
Shelf Talkers
Signages
POS materials
Print-ready files
Coordinate production and timely execution across stores.
Execution reports

VM Fixtures and Retail Identity Design
Lead the creative development and execution of new retail identity projects, ensuring seamless implementation and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Prepare fixture design concepts and illustrations.
Develop prototypes at HO and regional level.
Estimate production cost.
Brief vendors and execution teams.
Conduct quality inspection before rollout.
Review fixture performance and recommend improvements.

Marketing Events & Kiosk Design
Develop creative concepts.
Present design proposals.
Develop prototypes where required.
Prepare budgets and negotiate with vendors.
Coordinate fabrication and installation.
Monitor event execution and dismantling with help of regional VM team.

Trade Show design
Design trade show fixtures
Review existing setup and upgrade.
Create communication artwork.
Develop planograms and elevations.

Store Visits & VM Audits
Conduct regular store visits.
Audit VM execution against approved guidelines.
Identify improvement opportunities.
Submit visit reports
