VMC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled VMC Machine Operator to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and other CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC milling and turning processes, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate VMC machines to produce high-quality components. - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. - Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
