• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to VM performance, host failures, snapshot issues, and storage connectivity
• Create, clone, and manage virtual machines based on request or provisioning process Patch and update ESXi hosts and vCenter using VMware Update Manager
• Work with L1 teams to escalate and resolve technical issues Assist in disaster recovery (DR) testing and VM backup validation Maintain documentation of environments, procedures, and incidents
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for host/server-related issues Support migrations (e.g., vMotion, Storage vMotion), VM template creation, and optimization tasks

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production area Fluent English, reading/understanding French is a plus
• Strong knowledge of vCenter, ESXi, VM tools, and vSAN (optional) Experience with VM snapshots, cloning, templates, and resource allocation
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: VLANs, NIC teaming, and virtual switches
• Familiar with storage integration: NFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting VM performance and resource utilization issues
