Location: Germany (Berlin) / Poland (Warsaw) / France (Paris) / Italy (Bari) – 100% Onsite

Contract: 12 Months

We're recruiting experienced VMware / Linux / Windows Administrators to support enterprise datacentre infrastructure across multiple European locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for VMware administration, Windows and Linux server management, virtualization, datacentre operations, disaster recovery, infrastructure automation, and enterprise platform support.

Responsibilities

• Administer VMware virtual infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

• Install, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot VMware environments

• Manage Windows and Linux servers

• Configure and support VMware HA and DRS

• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA)

• Perform VM lifecycle management

• Monitor server health and infrastructure performance

• Coordinate hardware maintenance with OEM vendors and onsite support teams

• Manage storage, LVM, file systems, and disk administration

• Support automation using Ansible and enterprise tooling

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, reporting, and audit readiness

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams

Essential Skills
