This role leads the end-to-end technical solutions for major network and initiatives across VodafoneThree Technology teams (Network and IT). It provides technical responsibility for End 2 End solutions, ensuring that projects business requirements are translated into robust, scalable and compliant solutions
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Technically lead End 2 End projects from initial scoping, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategy.
- Technically lead End 2 End pre-projects work (e.g. bids, consultancy) ensuring alignment within Networks and aligned to IT to provide holistic technical solutions.
- Obtain XAB (Cross Functional Architecture Board) approval at Gate 1 for agreed requirements and solution architecture, in collaboration with IT and Network design experts.
- Diagnose, provide options and facilitate the resolutions of all technical issues on demands (e.g. changes to requirements, design, build, test and deploy)
- Produce and maintain End 2 End artefacts including the Technology Requirement Specification (TRS), and High-Level Service Designs (HLSD's)
- Support domains building domain level designs
- Ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and operationally ready.
- Drive continuous improvement in solution design processes and artefact quality.
- Support compliance with internal and external standards including security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Who are you
- Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture within telecoms or large-scale technology environments.
- Influencing stakeholders to balance requirements with optimised E2E solutions
- Strong understanding of network and IT architecture principles, frameworks and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to technical projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in producing and reviewing solution artefacts (TRS, HLSD).
- Familiarity with regulatory, security and operational compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
