Voice Agent Engineer - AI

We're hiring an engineer to build production-grade AI calling agents (similar to Retell AI). If you've worked on real-time voice AI systems, LLM pipelines, and telephony integrations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI agents for real-time voice conversations Integrate STT / TTS pipelines (speech text).
• Connect agents with telephony systems (Twilio / SIP / Voice APIs).
• Design call workflows, handling logic and disposition tracking.
• Optimize latency for smooth, human-like conversations.
• Handle 100+ concurrent calls per agent.
• Build scalable backend systems for production deployment. Integrate LLMs, APIs, and automation pipelines.

Requirements:

• Strong Python experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs / AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with STT / TTS systems (e. g., OpenAI, Deepgram) and Telephony integrations (Twilio / SIP / Voice APIs).
• Real-time streaming and low-latency systems: Webhooks, async systems, event-driven architecture.
• Experience deploying scalable production systems.
