Summary
Supports and administers enterprise voice and unified communications — Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity and Microsoft Teams, plus SIP/VoIP call routing — while resolving complex voice incidents and helping maintain LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewall and wireless infrastructure. Permanent hybrid role in Gloucestershire with an on-call rota.
