VoIP QA Tester

We are looking for a VoIP QA Tester to verify the quality and reliability of our VoIP routing platform. In this role, you will execute manual and automated test scenarios using our internal testing tools, analyze the results, and provide clear feedback to the team that requested the testing.
This position focuses on testing and analysis rather than software development, so no programming experience is required.

Responsibilities
Execute manual and automated test scenarios using in-house testing tools.
Verify VoIP call routing and expected system behavior.
Validate SIP signaling, RTP media flow, call setup, call teardown, and routing logic.
Test call quality, audio path, and common call scenarios, including successful calls, failed calls, and rerouting.
Analyze test results and identify unexpected behavior.
Document findings and prepare clear, concise test reports.
Report defects, test outcomes, and observations to the requesting team.
Re-test resolved issues to verify that fixes have been successfully implemented.

Requirements
Basic understanding of VoIP technologies and concepts.
Familiarity with SIP, RTP, codecs, and general call flow.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured test procedures.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear written communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned testing tasks.

Nice to Have
Previous experience in software or telecommunications testing.
Experience testing VoIP services or routing platforms.
Basic ability to read SIP messages or call logs.

What We Offer
Remote full-time position.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (Kyiv time).
Salary: $500/month.
