DevOps Engineer

Overview:

Volo Health is hiring a DevOps Engineer to build and run the cloud infrastructure behind our claims and healthcare platforms. You will own CI/CD, container orchestration, infrastructure as code and monitoring on AWS. This role reports to the CTO.

Tech Stack:

- AWS (EC2, ALB, IAM, VPC, S3, SES)

- Linux administration

- CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance

- Docker

- Kubernetes

- Terraform

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Monitoring and alerting

- Scripting (Bash, Node.js or Python)

- nginx and reverse-proxy tuning

- MongoDB operations, backup and recovery

- Cloud cost optimisation

- Security hardening and secrets management

What we look for :

- Ownership and a bias for automation

- Clear written communication in a remote team

- A calm, structured approach to production incidents

Education :

- B.Tech or equivalent

- AWS or CKA certifications are a plus

Preferred Domain :

- Health insurance, insurtech, healthcare tech, fintech or another regulated industry

- Exposure to compliance and audit (security audits, VAPT)
