Voluteer Recruiter (Healthcare|Locum)

📍 Location: Buona Vista
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
💰 Salary: Up to S$3,300

Job Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential volunteers/leads provided by the company.

• Explain clinical research study requirements and eligibility criteria to prospective participants.

• Conduct preliminary screening of volunteers based on study requirements.

• Schedule screening appointments and study visits.

• Maintain accurate participant records and databases.

• Respond to enquiries and provide support throughout the recruitment process.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.

• Customer service, telemarketing, call centre, recruitment, or healthcare-related experience will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
