VOR Task Force Manager
The VOR Task Force Manager is responsible for accelerating Vehicle Off Road (VOR) order level recovery, reducing customer downtime, and driving enterprise-wide actions that improve part availability and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the Supply Chain champion and cross-functional liaison for VOR prevention, recovery, and process improvement.
The position partners with stakeholders across all Supply Chain functions and a number of cross-organizational parters to identify risks, execute recovery actions, eliminate process gaps, and improve VOR recovery lead times. Using data-driven insights, governance routines, and proactive risk management, the VOR Task Force Manager ensures rapid resolution of critical customer-impacting shortages while developing sustainable long-term solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support initiatives that introduce and implement new ideas and processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive collective success
- Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, demonstrating a self-starter mindset and proactive problem-solving
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency
- Hold cross-functional teams accountable on commitments, corrective actions, and recovery plants
