VP - AI Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Technology Leader to drive AI initiatives at Intellect Design Arena. The role requires a strong technical background in AI along with hands-on engineering experience in Java-based systems. You will lead the design, development, and adoption of AI solutions across platforms, with a focus on applied AI use cases, prototyping, and engineering integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI strategy, design, and implementation across products.
• Build and implement AI/ML solutions and proof-of-concepts to address business needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Stay hands-on and guide teams on development best practices.
• Mentor team members and ensure high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• 18+ years of overall experience with 2-3 years in AI leadership roles.
• Strong experience in AI/ML, including generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, prototypes, or internal solutions.
• Solid hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring.
• Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture.
• Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• A hands-on AI leader with strong technical depth.
• Experience driving AI adoption from concept to implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Ability to identify practical AI opportunities and guide engineering teams in execution.
