You formulate and execute Finance strategies, manage scorecards and budgets, prepare management reports, lead strategic Finance projects, and strengthen risk governance and operational risk controls. You research market trends, provide strategic insights, enhance employee journeys, and support Finance transformation.
Responsibilities
- Formulate, plan, and execute Finance strategies and initiatives
- Manage unit scorecards and budget plans
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead Finance management reports and presentations for senior management
- Manage strategic Finance projects
- Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to implement strategies
- Drive risk governance and controls
- Manage operational risk deliverables
- Research best practices and market trends
- Provide strategic insights to senior management
- Support employee journey enhancement and Finance transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related major preferred
- 7 years of banking-related work experience, preferably focused on strategic planning
