VP AVP Treasures Team Head YFJ Onshore Consumer Banking Group

You will be accountable for operational and service delivery at assigned centres. You will improve processes and controls, manage customer and operational complexity, lead individual and team sales performance, ensure compliant needs-based selling, deploy resources effectively, and develop high-performing advisory staff.

• Review and implement work processes, procedures, and audit controls
• Manage the centre's customer base and operating complexity
• Lead individual and team sales performance to achieve targets
• Ensure needs-based selling and service compliance
• Deploy centre resources to maximize productivity
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing advisory staff

Requirements

• Degree
• At least 8 years of banking and finance experience
• Sales management track record
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
• Knowledge of financial costing, P&L management, and business marketing strategies
• Leadership, interpersonal, and people-management skills
