Job Description

• Developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Leading and mentoring the high-performance marketing team and fostering a collaborative and respectful culture.
• Defining the brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the company with the competitors.
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, insights, competitive landscape and using these finding to form strategic marketing plans.
• Supporting product development by bringing local insights and test the products in local market.
• Introducing branding strategies, and also involved in the ATL and BTL initiatives.

Requirement

• At least 8 years of working management experience in the brand marketing, with MNC and FMCG experience is preferred. If you have combined working experience in FMCG and E-commerce, you are welcome to apply.
• Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must.
• Not title minded, humble, low profile and wiling to roll up his/her sleeves.
• Experience in start-up or working with big successful brands with limited budget. .
• Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognise and reward performance.
