VP Customer Success

VP Customer Success (VP CS, CHF 90-150k for 100%)

We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from working with us, predictably, on a continuous basis, at scale.

As Vice President Customer Success (VP CS), your mission is to achieve a negative churn of our customer base by increasing renewal rates at ideally higher revenues via cross- and up-sell, by onboarding, training and measuring customer success by working with us.

This role requires you to be deeply curious, communicative, proactive and persuasive, but also analytical, structured and process-oriented.

What you will achieve

• Achieve negative churn by expanding our revenue in accounts

• Increase average customer lifetime from 4-6 to 9-12 months including cross- & upselling

• Implement CSM support systems, solutions and processes

• Map, define and execute listening points in customer journey

• Gather customer feedback on renewal probability, testimonials and referrals continuously

• Measure effectiveness by defining and tracking key metrics and implement systems for it

• Closely collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on improving existing processes

What we are looking for

• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

• Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience

• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth

• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

• Analytical and process-oriented mindset + desire for continuous improvement
