VP Forward Deployed Lead

You will own product and technical direction for institutional client engagements, translating needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory contexts into actionable roadmaps. You will set technical standards, make design decisions, remain hands-on with code, lead executive discovery, grow accounts, and rotate into 0-to-1 blockchain and AI innovation work.

Responsibilities

• Own product and technical direction for institutional client engagements
• Translate client needs into buildable product roadmaps
• Set technical standards, make design decisions, and contribute code when needed
• Drive account growth and identify expansion opportunities
• Advise senior client stakeholders and lead discovery through executive alignment
• Lead 0-to-1 product creation in blockchain and AI
• Create reusable components and playbooks from innovation work
• Represent customer insights in product planning
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality
• Travel approximately 25–40% of the time

Requirements

• Proven ability to own end-to-end outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
• Production software delivery experience and technical leadership capability
• Commercial experience expanding scope or revenue from delivered work
• Ability to communicate with technical and C-suite stakeholders
• Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed or solutions engineering, technical product management, and client-facing delivery
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time
