VP-Head of HBB & B2B Planning

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of FTTH and FWA technologies and network architecture principles.
• Strong understanding of B2B business and solution
• Professional certification in Network Engineering
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for telecommunications.

Experience:

• Has extensive experience at least 5 years of experience in telecommunications network planning and engineering, multiple business unit background of working experiences in HBB & B2B would be an advantage
• Experience in capacity planning and performance optimization transport for broadband networks.
• Hands-on experience with cost estimation and budgeting for large-scale network projects.
• Familiarity with emerging home broadband technologies and industry trends.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to design efficient network solutions.
• Has excellent reporting, presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
• Has excellent knowledge of telecommunication business & process in general.
• Has broad knowledge of technology roadmap especially in HBB and B2B requirements.
• Has excellent knowledge in translating business requirement into technical or functional specification.
• Has strategic thinking of end-to-end demand lifecycle process (requirement, solution and delivery), budget, governance and resources.
• Has strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility
