Responsibilities:
- Develop a business strategy for the healthcare industry to compete in Asia.
- Establishing and assembling a project manager team.
- Manage, develop, and carry out various projects in order to fulfill deadlines.
- Create a business plan and assess the viability of expanding the healthcare industry.
- Drives a clear culture of performance management accountability across the business.
- Sets clear expectations and provides timely and relevant project feedback to direct report.
- Searching for chances to grow new healthcare-related.
- Provides insight of business and understanding, brings value and knowledge to the health care business for revenue growth.
Requirements
- At least ten years of sales, marketing, and business development experience.
- Preferably, you should have prior experience working in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Recognizing the state of the healthcare market
- Have leadership, team management, and negotiation abilities.
- Have a disruptive and digital mentality.
- Knowledge and experience.Financial analysis and feasibility.
- Problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
