The Role
A growing hospital company in Dallas is hiring a leader to own the end-to-end revenue cycle and integrate it into one function across its sites. This is a build seat, not a maintain seat. Revenue cycle currently runs without enterprise-wide accounting or EMR integration, and this leader is the person who fixes that: taking it from disconnected tools and manual workarounds to a single integrated operation across every site.
What This Leader Owns

Revenue cycle currently runs without enterprise-wide accounting or EMR integration, and this leader is the person who fixes that: taking it from disconnected tools and manual workarounds to a single integrated operation across every site.
What This Leader Owns
- End-to-end revenue cycle across a multi-hospital footprint: patient access, coding, charge capture, billing, claims, denials, AR, and collections.
- Systems integration: leading the move to fully integrated EMR and revenue cycle platforms, replacing the current disconnected setup.
- Standards and reporting: building the workflows, KPIs, and reporting that don’t exist yet, then rolling them out site by site.
- Performance: driving clean claim rate up, and denials and AR days down.
- Cross-functional partnership: working with finance, clinical, and operations on payer relationships and reimbursement.
- Scale: standing up the function to grow with the hospitals still to come.
- 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership across the full cycle.
- Proven systems build and integration experience: taking an organization from manual or disconnected tools to integrated EMR and RCM platforms.
- Multi-site or multi-hospital experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable building in ambiguity. Builds the road while driving on it.
