  • Platform Mindset: Drive open, reusable platform architecture and company-wide initiatives spanning data architecture, engineering standards, and technical career development.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure platforms are secure, available, scalable, and resilient, while delivering quality at speed.

  • People Leadership: Coach and develop senior technology leaders; attract, retain, and grow top engineering talent.

  • Speed as a Habit: Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, making quick, well-informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling SaaS/platform products serving millions of customers and high transaction volumes.

  • Proven experience leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations, including managing and developing senior directors and their leadership teams.

  • Deep knowledge of marketing-technology domains: data platforms, audience and lead management, monetization, experimentation, personalization, content management, and customer communications, with a clear build-vs-buy point of view.

  • Strong AI/ML and GenAI fluency, including experience scaling AI-native and agentic systems (e.g., AI-driven content discovery, recommendation systems) in production.

  • Experience with account-based B2B marketing and sales motions and enterprise experimentation platforms is a strong plus.

  • Track record of leading change management toward a unified platform model, and driving strong business outcomes through fast, balanced decision-making.

  • Experience using Agile methods to accelerate delivery while managing risk.

  • Proficiency with modern web and data technologies (e.g., React, Java, JavaScript, NoSQL) and strong front-end/back-end architectural judgment.
