• Over 10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in sales and marketing
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong communicator and negotiator, capable of engaging C-level executives and managing operational and administrative details
• Strategic thinker with a curious mindset, self-driven, and effective at translating ideas into action
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments, debt capital, and credit markets would be a plus
• Team-oriented, highly organized, and committed to diversity, inclusion and collaborative stakeholder management
• Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving commercial targets is a must
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
• Minimum of undergraduate degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or economics
Responsibilities
Support assigned business development activities and management of customer relationships across different countries and sectors for Moody’s Ratings:
- Support business development in the region, i.e., strategic prospecting, identifying and developing new market segments, and customer prioritization
- Develop new business segments such as digital finance, transition finance, private credit, digital infrastructure, high yield and other evolving risk areas
- Contribute to strategic planning process for the region by assessing growth areas, the vulnerability of relationships and by identifying new business opportunities for the supported sectors and region
- Collaborate closely and compliantly with the analytical team and other commercial functions, such as product management, as well as shared services including legal, compliance and marketing
- Participate in account coverage discussion, customer prioritization, and relationship planning
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform commercial strategy and client positioning
- Support Global Relationship Management strategic initiatives, working with other teams within the Commercial Group including Sales Enablement, Product Management etc.
