The Vice President of Retail leads the strategy and performance of Goodwill’s Retail and Ecommerce operations, including 20 retail stores across North Florida. This position drives revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and a consistent customer and donor experience while building strong leadership, maximizing the value of donated goods, and ensuring execution aligned with Goodwill’s mission and organizational goals.
