Summary
Leads digital transformation for risk and regulatory systems in retail banking, modernizing platforms, integrating AI automation, and ensuring compliance with central bank and external system requirements.
This role is responsible for leading Retail technology transformation initiatives across Risk, Regulatory systems, and digital banking platforms with close interaction of business heads (RBG, Credit Management, Risk, CX etc). The candidate will act as a strategic advisor and execution leader, driving platform modernization, strengthening delivery governance, and enabling AI-led innovation, including prompt engineering adoption, while ensuring scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions across the organization.
This role will also drive modernization and optimization of BPM platforms, Risk Regulatory applications which interacts with AECB, Central Bank and external systems like DLD etc enabling end-to-end process digitization across onboarding and processing workflows (for Credit Card, Personal Loans, Mortgage and Over Draft). It will ensure seamless integration between Inhouse solutions of BPM workflows and Regulatory applications, core banking, and fintech platforms, while embedding AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows. x
Operating at a senior leadership level, the role will influence stakeholders across Technology, Business, Risk, and Compliance to deliver high-impact, compliant, and efficient digital transformation outcomes.
