VP/SVP - Business Analyst , IT Department

Responsibilities:

1. Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements and user stories.

2. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

3. Partner with vendors and technical teams to propose scalable solutions.

4. Execute user acceptance testing alongside designated subject matter experts.

5. Drive workflow automation and system enhancement initiatives to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.

2. Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience within financial services.

3. Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.

4. Deep understanding of front-to-back financial trading and settlement workflows.

5. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua with exceptional stakeholder management.
