VP Technical Program Manager

You will lead execution across Retail Engineering and Data Engineering, aligning business priorities with technical delivery. You will manage intake, scope, prioritization, resourcing, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress across distributed teams. You will partner with technical leads, improve delivery standards, and communicate technical progress to engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as an execution partner to the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail and New York-based Head of Data
• Serve as the central point of accountability for delivery across Retail Engineering and Data Engineering
• Capture, define, scope, and prioritize requests
• Maintain visibility into resourcing, priorities, delivery progress, conflicts, risks, and gaps
• Drive execution across time zones with technical leads
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality
• Improve delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization

Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience with engineering-led delivery
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones
• Experience managing intake, triaging requests, and defining scope and priorities with technical stakeholders
• Experience tracking resource allocation and identifying capacity risks or gaps
• Ability to organize work, follow through, and unblock teams
• Ability to engage with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without hands-on coding
• Experience in digital assets and financial markets
• Experience delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
