Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of interest rate trading strategies across various asset classes and geographies
• Analyze market trends, economic data, and other relevant information to identify trading opportunities
• Develop and implement trading strategies to generate consistent returns while managing risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, risk management, and compliance, to ensure effective execution of trading activities
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fixed income markets, derivatives, and trading strategies
• Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in the use of trading and analytical software
