Requirements

  • Degree Holder
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in the banking and finance industry
  • Good track record in sales management is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience leading sales management teams
  • Experience in the offshore ASEAN market is ideal
  • Prior high-net-worth client engagement experience in the ASEAN region
  • Good knowledge of financial costing P&L management and business marketing strategies and techniques
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and people management skills
  • Ability to relate to and manage all levels of staff
