Requirements
- Degree Holder
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in the banking and finance industry
- Good track record in sales management is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience leading sales management teams
- Experience in the offshore ASEAN market is ideal
- Prior high-net-worth client engagement experience in the ASEAN region
- Good knowledge of financial costing P&L management and business marketing strategies and techniques
- Strong leadership interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to relate to and manage all levels of staff
